Needed an emergency repair for my well, looked like a broken weld on the pump motor assembly base plate. Water spraying all over my basement. Andrew Z came out about 11pm to get it under control. Did a phenomenal job assessing and troubleshooting. Had to order new assembly, which Andrew Z and Anthony came out to replace. Quick and easy, got me running again in no time. Very polite and courteous the whole time, and I had a great experience during a rough time. Would highly recommend.
I would like to give a shout out to Patrick G with J & J! He is professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and explain my plumbing issue. He fixed it in an efficient and timely manner. I would definitely recommend J & J and especially Patrick G.
Ryan provided expert service. He diagnosed my A/C issue within 10 minutes and went to work on the fix. He was pleasant to talk with , and very knowledgeable. I feel he could diagnose and repair any HVAC issue that could happen. He is a great asset to his company and would recommend him in a heartbeat.
