The wait is neglible if you have an appointment. And they listen to what you want. They do their best to accommodate your preferences. It feels very natural to be relaxing. You of course always know that its someone you dont really know BUT the room. The ambiance. The feel of the space gives you reason to relax. Simply. Front desk is very personable. They are pleasant. Very attractive. And seemingly professional. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I has an amazing massage here, deeper and firmer than I have gotten anywhere else in Ohio. Everyone was professional and I will definitely be coming back! I had really bad sciatica pain they were able to get resolved.
