Oh my goodness, my experience was nothing short of amazing. My hair is beautiful, she was very professional, took amazing care of my natural hair and my added hair. She also gave me advice on supplements that will help aid in treating and conditioning my natural hair. She was very responsive to my needs, shop was clean and sanitized. She provides a very comfortable work environment to sit enjoy your experience. I am very grateful to be added as a new client.

I can tell Mercedes actually cares about hair health. She does not rush through services and took the time to assess what type of my care my scalp needed before styling my hair. I have dry skin so she gave me a steam treatment and applied product to make sure my scalp was not irritated during the blow drying process
