Friendly, informative, fast, & affordable. I planned to COWBOY STARCH my son-in-law’s jeans myself, which can take hours per pair. I decided to call area cleaners to inquire about the service. They weren’t familiar with the term, but when I described the heavy-starching, they understood. With no pressure they explained why I probably wouldn’t get results as good as they could for <$8 with 1 day turnaround including cleaning. The smile on my son’s face was proof that the result was perfect! Returning the starch I bought today. The three employees I dealt with were all friendly. This is now my go-to for any cleaning.

I’ve had a lot of good experiences especially with laundering my coats, suits, and scarves. They do a great job. only recently I had them do an unlined linen tie that I thrifted that was heavily stained. I had no expectation of the stains being removed fully but partially so that I could dye it navy blue. I got it back and there was slight improvement but overall still stained over. and as a coup de gras I hand washed it and soaked it in oxiclean which made it clean and removed all the stains however the water was brown (and it was an ecru Iinen so it wasn’t dye) so I really don’t know what they did for the tie. I’ve been someone who uses the dry cleaners once or twice a week for almost fifteen years. Today was my first visit @ Carriage Hill cleaners and the staff was absolutely amazing. As a first-time client I wouldn’t have felt more special and welcome. Michelle and Amy treated me like gold! Thank you all! And I will most definately be coming back!
