I was both a patient and part of the team until a few months ago, when I relocated to California. Since moving, I haven’t been able to continue my care there, which I truly miss. What stood out to me as a patient was how thorough everything was from the beginning. They took X-rays before starting care, and Dr. Rai took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what the plan was. That gave me a real understanding of my situation. Dr. Rai and team take X-rays first, and it is really helpful to actually see where the issue was coming from instead of just guessing. They take the time to explain everything clearly and put together a plan based on what the X-rays show. The office is very welcoming, and the team is professional and friendly. They also offer massage and acupuncture, which I think is a nice added touch. Highly recommend!

I have seen Dr. Rai at 100% Chiropractic for about six weeks. Dr. Rai's adjustments have helped me tremendously - they are comprehensive for my entire spine and neck. I have gone from being in constant pain to virtually pain-free. I have been able to greatly reduce my OTC pain meds. My stiffness has been greatly reduced, and my range of motion has increased. The facility is great, and the entire staff is very friendly and positive. I highly recommend Dr. Rai and his team!
