My technician rushed and even though she did a great job on the polish, I was finished nearly 20 minutes before the person I came in with, even though we started at the same time. I barely got any massage, which is my favorite part.

So I went a couple weeks ago and the lady who did my nails was so kind truly she was so kind and in our conversation she may have missed a step or something which we are all human no biggie but the gel started to fall off
All I did was call them nicely (you catch more flies with honey than vinegar) and asked if I could come in and pay for a redo. They kindly booked me for 630. The man I think at 5 I call him the nail god now he was LEAVING sat back down and redid the gel. My nail fell off before the gel I mean this man is a god

Kind of p***ed off. My friend and I came here on whim for pedicures. They did get us in right away which was awesome. However, when it came to the part where the nail technician was getting ready to put polish on my toes, I had noticed that my heels still had a bunch of dried skin on them. It didn't look like she had done anything to then. When I asked her about smoothing out my heels and getting rid of the dry skin she told me in order for me to get that done, I would have to get the 2nd type of pedicure they offered which would cost me 8 dollars more than the basic pedicure. Now correct me if I'm wrong but aren't they supposed to do that with it basic... read full review
