I’ve been a customer of Kessler for more than 15 years, and in August 2023 they installed a new air conditioner and furnace. Craig explained my options and Dave Robey & Joshua installed it. It seemed the system was a little noisy, and technicians Joshua and Jeff figured it out and fixed it. Couldn’t be happier.

My furnace needed to be serviced due to the heat not coming on. Dan Morgan provided exceptional service. He was personable, professional, and provided expert experience in analyzing and determining what was wrong with the furnace. He was able to convey and communicate to me what was wrong with the furnace so I could understand. A part needed to be ordered and Dan immediately contacted home office to order the part and late afternoon I got a phone call from home office wanting to set up a time to come out to my home to install the part.
