Lance Hanners was the best. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed while switching from the burial plots I already have to buying my Memorial Bench. He was serious and all work related when he needed to be and relaxed and funny when it wasn't needed. He was very informative, friendly, helpful and all around a great person and employee of Franklin Hills Memory Gardens. If I ever need anything else, I will be asking for him.

Even though this is not really a business that you really want to go to, eventually you must. Lance Hanners is who we dealt with and under the circumstances he was very professional and understanding. He showed us where the plot was before the burial. When we had to go back to finish filling out the paperwork after the burial a few weeks later, Lance helped us understand everything that was put in place by the family member who passed. We left fully understanding what need to be done to be able to put a marker down without the extra burden of cost.Special shout out to Lance for fixing something broken on a family member's marker.Thank you for going above and beyond.

Honestly, I spotted this place while driving from one Metro Park to another - From Slate Run Metro Park to Walnut Woods Metro Park. What caught my eye was a beautiful display of several United States flags placed at a central traffic rotator (circle)/cul de sac on the property. I wanted to take a longer look, as the sun was setting - it was really a beautiful sight. Of note, the paved alleyways within this memory garden were of ample width.
