Five Star Home Service brings professionalism at the highest level. They installed a new AC unit for me last fall and I’ve had them out once since then to check on something. Scheduling was super easy (both online and calling in), the communication has been great, and everyone I interact with is so friendly. I especially appreciate the technician profile they text to you when they’re on their way- it makes me feel a lot more comfortable about a stranger coming into my home. Their technicians are knowledgeable and actually listen to my concerns. I will never not use their services.
I noticed a water stain on my ceiling and scheduled an appointment for the afternoon, but Chris actually arrived much sooner than expected. He was awesome, super friendly, totally professional, and handled the whole issue smoothly. It’s refreshing to see someone with his outstanding attitude and work ethic these days. Can't thank him enough!
Jonathan showed up. He was very professional went over everything that he was going to do started work right away. He said it would take about an hour to an hour and a half to get done. It was done a little over an hour. He went over everything he did very professional very good at what he does. I would write him a 10 out of 10.
