At my last appointment, I saw CNP Laura Hicks. I am having problems with my ears ( again). I already have profound hearing loss. She was very professional and kind. She truly listened to my concerns and questions and spent the time needed with me without making me feel rushed. I left with a prescription and a referral to an ENT to try to detect any underlying problems with my ears. I would happily see her again.

Feels like I've done this several times but, I see Dr. Blumberg, awesome doc, remembers stuff you wouldn't think she would. Her nurse practitioner is Laura Hicks, super smart, good listener and thorough. Its comforting knowing I'm in excellent hands no matter who I see. Using MyChart help tremendously!
