Tim and Chris were outstanding from start to finish—professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They handled everything with the insurance company, ensuring we got what we needed to rebuild and feel at home again.

If I could give more stars I would. Everyone was beyond caring and empathetic to my time critical situation. From the first call with Karen, to meeting with Brian and then Chris, the project manager, I knew I would be in terrific hands. They assigned Rob to replace a ceiling my side room and he did an amazing job. He left no mess when he finished every day and arrived when he said he would. Chris would come by every day to check on the status. By the end I felt like family with their kindness. The went above and beyond with the work. I cannot thank everyone enough.

Our household bathroom was expertly taken care of by Adam. He was friendly and efficient through the entire process, and did excellent work even to the point of coming back ahead of schedule to get our project finished. Would easily recommend him and their team for work of this nature!
