I just want to send a shout out to Shannon! I’m in the middle of selling my house and termite damage was found on the home inspection. Buyers backed out and I was so upset. She came in and was super helpful. Explained everything thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable. It ended up being old termite trails and no active termites (thank goodness). Shannon checked everything with a fine tooth comb and when she left I felt much better about the situation. I could have kicked myself for not getting an inspection when I bought my house, you live and learn! Thanks Shannon!
