The front desk staff are always nice and friendly and they try hard to work you in. There is one doc however who is nice, but always laughs, even when nothing is funny and approaches the animal quite tentatively. We've left with drugs we didn't need because of a 'just in case' non-diagnosis. More concerning than the money spent on unused high priced pharmaceuticals is the fact that drugs have side effects and to give antibiotics - 'just in case' when no bacteria was present in the urine - just doesn't feel right on many levels.
