Have gone to ESH in Burton for many years. Third horse we have had there for different reasons. One needed surgery. One had to have eye removed. This one was on verge of colicing-- was able to get oil into her (our vet couldn't) and within 2 days she was home. Coliced after administering a wormer. Bill was reasonable as they did ultrasounds and blood work and some other things I was eager to have done. Dr. Molly Patton was great this visit. But I have also had great experiences with Dr. Nate McClellan and Dr. Melissa Milligan in the past. The team is absolutely exceptional. They provided compassionate expert care from the moment we arrived. Dr Molly Patton was knowledgeable and patient, explaining every step. the technicians and support staff were friendly, accommodating and treated my girl Susie well. 24 days later she has made a full recovery from the 30cm puncture wound. Top-notch facility. Excellent team of DVM’s and vet techs that truly care about your horse. I couldn’t ask for a better communication. When my horses are there, I know they’re in the best hands possible. Highly recommend Dr. Milligan. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring.
