My husband and I just bought a house with Copper pipes. we had issues of clogging and had called 3 area plumbers and no one could come out or help us so we fixed it ourselves with help from family and friends. The technician arrived promptly and installed foot coverings before entering our house to keep the floors clean. He diagnosed the issue, performed the repair, and got our air conditioning running again all within an hour. Since it was a simple fix, he took the extra time to look over our AC components to ensure everything else was working properly. I will call Shearer again for my HVAC repairs - very satisfied!

We’ve used Shearer’s for years and have always had good experiences. Just this past Wednesday night (06/14) our water heater failed, no heat and was leaking. I shut off the water and gas that night. We called Shearer’s first thing Thursday morning and had Zach on site by noon with a new water heater in tow. He had the old water heater removed and the new one plumbed in and lit by 2:00pm. He was super personable and excellent at his job. Well done Shearer’s! Thank you.
