The whole visit was amazing from check in to check out. The medical assistant was so nice, great personality, and caring. I saw NP M.Brown, she was phenominal! She was so nice and caring and went the extra steps to make sure everything was okay. Thank you all so much for a pleasant visit. I was so nervous before my visit and when I left I felt so calm and at ease.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were very nice (everyone was) and concerned about my condition and wanted me to go across the street to the ER. You guys were great and quick. Everything was okay. Thank you!!!

Nursing staff is amazing here, and if it was just them, I would have liked the experience probably a little more, and if my child had just been ill it probably would have been a better experience. However, an X-ray just doesn't check everything, and sending a child out the door who is in excruciating pain, with just a, 'if it still hurts in a week, come back" doesn't cut it, it is like it is all about getting you in and out the door and to get your money. I was hoping things had changed from the last visit we had made a couple years ago, but it hasn't.
