Lisa, the director was wonderful. I cannot say enough about her and her staff at the Brunswick location. She made what was a very difficult time in our lives for my dad Service super easy, very peaceful. Everything went as planned and was super flexible. She was super organized and very empathetic. We’ve been to other funeral homes for other relatives and unfortunately it’s always been about payment and the money upfront right away and even though that is important, Lisa made it not the first priority.
I can’t thank Waite Funeral Home enough, specifically Adam and Barb. After my mom passed away, they went above and beyond to guide me through one of the hardest times of my life. They never pressured me or made it seem transactional. Everything was explained with care and compassion.
