The staff was nice, and the visit went well. But I’m leaving 3 stars for not being up front about the costs. Our cat needed a nail trim, and one nail was ingrown. We had called ahead of time for pricing. Asked a few times “are you sure that’s all?” And made sure they knew about the ingrown nail. They said it was $20. I expected to pay more because I knew we’d likely need antibiotics to prevent infection. The cost was $198, for a nail trim and some antibiotics. I’ve paid less for a spaying. They charged for a consultation fee, again I expected it but they never said anything on the phone or at the desk upon arrival. Then a fee for the shot and at home antibiotics....read full review
Phenomenal experience, easy scheduling and efficient doctor. Got my cat in to be spayed very quickly, provided pain medicine for her recovery and fast scheduling to remove the stitches.
We would not take our animals anywhere else! We lost our dog 2 months ago and the whole team was so kind and considerate and let us take as much time as we needed. I recommend Rolling Hills all the time!
