The first time I went here I asked for a dip manicure because I’m allergic to gel. They started with a clear dip base, but then started to use gel on top of it. When I told them I needed dip because of an allergy, they basically said this was better for the nail, but if it didn’t work they’d redo it. I just let them do it, and it actually turned out to be ok. I was pretty happy with it. The second time I went, they did the same process, but the lady was rushing because she had an appointment after me and I was a walk in. This second manicure is extremely sloppy. And since she rushed, I can feel my fingers starting to itch because she got too close to the edges....read full review
I love Gel Nails & Spa, I use them on a regular basis. I recently got married and they made arrangements for me and my girls to come in and get manicures/pedicures for the big day. They did a fabulous job.
They are very service oriented and it is a pleasure doing business with a hard working local business that cares about their customers.
Lynda was worth the wait. She had her work cut out for her as she had to fix one of the other Brunswick salons mess up and she did an amazing job. I couldn't be more happy. Lynda also has great customer service skills and good conversation. I will be back.
