“I apologize that this review is a couple months overdue, but I had an issue in October where OneDrive hijacked my PC and started deleting files in front of my eyes. I was in absolute panic, and to make matters worse, the grocery cart I was using to get the PC tower to my car to bring it into Falls PC Clinic collapsed with it on it, resulting in it blue-screen-of-deathing. I believe it was Derek that I worked with, but not only did he keep me updated every step of the way, he also checked in before performing any additional services to make sure I was comfortable with the quotes provided.
