We had a great relationship with the 24/7 Caregiver received through Griswold. It did take a bit of time, but having the same caring person day-in, day-out (nights included) made it easier to release a large part of our mom's care to someone else when we no longer could provide all the care she needed. We didn't have to have various shift Caregivers coming & going, which with the dementia mom was going through, was a huge plus in that it was the same person every day for her to grow to trust. Mom's Caregiver was dedicated, compassionate, & skilled in elder care. It wasn't without adjustments on everyone's part, but that would be needed no matter which type of elder care each family chooses.
