We had two needs in a home inspector .. (1) a comprehensive buyer home inspection; and (2) a radon inspection for a high risk region. AMAC’s Dan provided both with fair market price. Also, he was able to fit us into his busy schedule to meet our time requirements. During the inspection Dan showed a deep knowledge base on all aspects of the business at hand. If we need inspection services in future we’ll make AMAC our first call.
Dan did an amazing job with our recent home inspection. He was extremely thorough and explained everything. He gave a very detailed report when finished that was easy to read and navigate through. Scheduling was easy and his price was better than other quotes we received. Or realtor also liked him so much he is now referring him for future inspections. I highly recommend his services. Dan did a great job looking the property over during the home inspection he was conducting for us. He pointing things out that would normally be overlooked during visits and looking at a home to purchase. His report was concise and to the point. More importantly, he knows what he is looking at and has enough knowledge to point out things of concern. He provided us with a list of trades people he trusts for us to reach out to if we need assistance.
