I had no direct experience with funeral homes until this January, when we used Gilbert-Fellers for two of my brothers who passed away this winter. They (specifically, Matt) were outstanding. The staff and Gilbert-Fellers are comforting and reliable, understanding and intuitive - they seemed to take our lead on what was needed and responded efficiently. They are clear and helpful at a time when things can feel very confusing, pointless, and just hard. A local, family business I highly recommend.
Dave and the staff at Gilbert Fellers have helped us through some of the most difficult times of our lives. Their warmth, patience and guidance have meant so much to our family. I pray I don't have to use their services for a long while but if the unexpected happens, I would definitely put my trust in Gilbert Fellers.
