Jimmy and Moe were prompt and excellent at resolving the problems we had in our basement plumbing. Reeves customer service is the reason I continue to use Reeves for all of my plumbing needs.
Our air conditioning didn’t seem to be pushing air out like we thought it should (wanted it to). We called at 730 pm and Adam was out within 45 min to inspect everything. After a very thorough inspection, come to find out, everything is running exactly how it should. It’s overall just too hot out… He made sure that the drain line was unplugged and also gave us good pointers in order to improve airflow through the house prior to leaving. No up-charging on anything, honest and thorough inspection!
