I went to Cleveland clinic and they didn't want to help me with the issues I am having and didn't even realize I had a fibroid, so I started looking for a new doctor. I called around and found Dr. Pelagalli. Went to see her today and she is so kind. She assured me that she will help me and really listened to me when I was talking. I feel like she really cares about her patients and I am happy I found her. I really like the nurse and the receptionist too. Everyone was very nice and helpful

Sarah, Jason and a few others are amazing at this location. They truly understand the importance of their role at recovering form a surgical procedure. Some of the newer staff should learn from them.

Took my 15yr old for her 1st Gyno visit. Appt was at 2:30pm Dr didn't come in till 3:10pm, never Introduced herself to us and was rude as all hell! She asked family history so my daughter looks to me. I begin to explain to the Dr info I thought she should know and she put her hand up to stop me and said appt this is about your daughter not you. Instantly my daughters guard went up! She then looked at my daughter and asked why her demeanor changed and she replied because you were just rude to my mother!
