Where you may wish to consider improving: I had a 30% discount coupon for my dry cleaning. My order contained items to be dry cleaned as well as shirts. The way the invoice is produced, one gets the total bill and cannot discern if proper credit, or any credit, has been given for the items that were dry cleaned. Personally, in this circumstance, I would like to see the cost itemized, i.e. gross charge less discount = net cost, for the appropriate items.
I have been using Tide Cleaners for over 2 months, since breaking my leg, for my weekly laundry. It always comes out fresh and folded. Pick up and delivery are very reliable and communication is excellent.
