My daughter took online classes and was told she couldn't schedule in car until they were complete. Have been trying to schedule in car sessions for 3 months. Was told to go online on Friday at 3:30pm because that's when the schedule was posted. Was able to get 3 in car sessions scheduled, but have been looking every day for the 4th. They called once at the end of the day on a Friday and left a message on my daughter's phone to pick up a lesson for the same weekend, but when she called back no one answered. I called at the beginning of June to schedule two two-hours behind-the-wheel session and made my payment of $300.61 on June 14th. At the time I was told that the wait time is 4-6 weeks. Two weeks after I paid a lady called and confirmed that I would like to schedule two sessions, and said that she’ll contact me later but I’ve never heard from her again. In the past two months I called the school line almost every two weeks, told to hold for at least ten minutes each time, and each time the person answered the call told me there’s nothing they can do besides printing out my information and giving it to the person in charge of scheduling. The driving instructor arrived late to pick up my Daughter. Did not ask for the covid contract. Dropped her off early. She was supposed to have 2 hours, only received an hour and 35 mins. Instructor was rude and yelled at my Daughter for things she was not doing. (hitting the gas when she wasn't and not listening even though the instructor had not given any instructions. Telling her that her turn signal wasn't on when it was) Yelled at her to make a turn after it was too late. Had her do an illegal turn. She crashed a light and he admitted it was his fault.
