Major shout out to Definitive Motorwerk in Twinsburg for the phenomenal job on Sparky, my 2009 honda civic hybrid! Replaced passenger broken axle, then discovered the driver control arm needed replacing and took care of that, then did an alignment to verify it runs safely again. So happy to have my car back ?
They were kind and honest and took care of my car (even though it may not look at) it's my daily commuter. Having had it for 15 years, I know it's at the end of it's life but with the engine still running pretty smoothly and everything else, I wasn't quite ready to scrap it yet. Brought my Bentley in for service due to an intermittent check engine code that myself and another shop was unable to diagnose properly. Definitive Motorwerk seems to have got it resolved quickly and easily for a good price. Looking forward to picking up my vehicle soon
