The tech who came out was WONDERFUL!!! He has helped us previously & he is excellent!!! The dispatcher at Approved Plumbing was also kind & was able to send him THE DAY THE PART CAME!!! She promised me she would send him as soon as they had a cancelation (the same day!!!) I am disabled & so very much appreciated the FAST service!! T
First time using Approved Plumbing and based on the experience they are our new plumbers. Scheduling process was easy and pleasant. They called me when the had an open slot a week before my scheduled appointment and I took it which was great. Nick was my tech and he was outstanding - professional, knowledgeable, capable, friendly, efficient...and positive / happy, which makes a difference. He explained all options and every step in the repair process. Well done to Nick and Approved Plumbing.
We have had many great experiences with Approved Plumbing. Most recently, our hot water tank failed and they sent someone out within an hour of requesting service. The technician, Sam Larissey, did a great job! He was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will continue using Approved plumbing and would recommend their services.
