I have been going here for the past 5 years to get a cut. I walk away every time extremely satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff. I would recommend this salon for all your beauty needs!

I've been to a lot of salons where staff was unfriendly and outwardly judgmental to me, based on how I look and dress. I was nervous to come to this place because of my experiences going to salons in the past. However, everyone has been INCREDIBLY kind to me every single time I've gone. I've gotten several services with Frankie who is amazing and completely transformed my face. I also got my nails done (for the first time ever!) by Joel, and he was amazing, and explained everything he was doing to my nails before he did it. I showed him a picture of the material that I wanted my nails to match, and he perfectly color matched it instantly. I was nervous after seeing people have issues with their nails here, but my nails are still holding up great and I've gotten a lot of compliments.I will definitely keep coming back!!

I got a gift card for a sampler package for this salon. It included a 60 min massage and spa mani and spa pedi. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, hard working. It was easy to get an appointment. The spa mani and pedi included hand/foot masks and a paraffin wax which was very nice. However, in the process the mani/pedi took just over 2.5 hours (after the 60 min massage) which meant spending almost 4 hours at the salon. I had called in advance while booking my apt to ask how long it would take, and was told in total it would be 2 hours. I was pretty disappointed that the manicure started chipping within hours of coming home. They use exclusively Zoya polish for their regular polish. The color I chose was streaky, so the layers applied were so thick that even not touching anything for over an hour was not enough. Additionally, the color selection was pretty limited - I had initially wanted yellow for summer but it was not available. Overall, was nice for a gift card. Plan your day accordingly if you come.

This is the best place to come for a great pampering session. The girls that work here are amazing. You'll make great longlasting friendships in no time! They are incredibly professional, hygienic and amazing! Christina (the owner) is an incredible stylist and only picks the best. This is the best gem of Brecksville you won't be disappointed!!!

I enjoyed my facial with esthetician, Frankie. She was professional, helpful and the experience was very relaxing. I would never recommend coming here for nail services. The technician was extremely inexperienced and slow. The manicure and pedicure took almost 2.5 hours and I ended up asking for no polish on my toes due to the length of time and how poorly she polished( decided I'd just paint them myself later). I've been out of the salon for 2 hours now and my finger nails have already began to chip. I could have done a better manicure/pedicure at home and saved the money.

Used to be located on Mill Rd. Now a smaller but very comfortable space in The office portion of Brecksville Plaza. Same wonderful caring body work.
