Bob's Plumbing, Heating & A/C LLC is an awesome home town business. The team is awesome and very helpful, from the receptionist to the technicians. Every technician is professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable, providing unbeatable customer service. They are johnny on the spot, with quick same day response. One customer had a well pump go out and they installed a new pump quickly, while another had a leaking well pump fixed with new parts in time for the holidays. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional in repairing a boiler/heater in a timely matter during a cold spell, and office staff provided excellent service in returning calls and keeping customers updated. Pricing was more than fair. They fixed a recurring drain line clog by trying another approach that no one tried before and found the issue. When a major clog backed up all toilets, they made it out in less than an hour and got the issue resolved. Highly recommend for all hvac and plumbing needs.
The technicians came on time and fixed all the water lines and drain pipe leak issues we had. They also installed a laundry sink for us. Everything was done professionally and properly. The guys were friendly,professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Bob's again and recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I would give Bob's Plumbing, Heating and AC more than a 5 star rating!
