I'M STILL WAITING TO GET MY SUPPLIES OR HEAR FROM THEM!About 4 weeks ago, I went into this company's BG office to fill a durable medical script. They didn't like the date on my script and said they would contact my provider for an updated one. They told me they would contact me if there was a problem. I reminded them that my insurance provider pays 100% for durable equipment. This was because a year ago when I needed the same supplies. I spent a month getting them to summit the bill to my insurance, and they told me they would so note my records.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I have been trying since January 16, 2025 to get my CPAP supplies from Hart Medical Supply in Bowling Green Ohio. As of today, March 3, 2025, I still do not have them. Not only did they not answer their phone for almost 2 weeks, but they didnโt return many if my calls for messages l left. Then, after 5 weeks of my calling them, they FINALLY sent supplies ~ to the wrong address!!!!!!!!!
I had to call the Maumee, Ohio Hart Medical Supply store today to order supplies because the Bowling Green Ohio store is inept. I will not be dealing with Hart Medical Supply in Bowling Green Ohio again. Horrible, horrible horrible!!! Date of experience: January 16, 2025

Terrible service!! Even after being told that they signed me up for text messages to inform me of the progress of order, NOTHING!!! No communication, no updates, no emails. NO SERVICE!!!! They overcharge what my insurance pays for. I could go into GREAT detail of the history with this company and everything they have put me through, but I have given too much of my time and energy towards them. I'm handicapped and can't speak often times, so it makes it even more difficult to deal with issues. I wish I could give less than zero stars!!! Just like another customer said on this post said!

I had been advised not to go with Hart because of their long wait times, messing up communications with doctors offices, etc. But they were in network with my insurance so I went with them. It's been a bad experience consistently. People are nice, but trying to move through the process of getting and maintaining a cpap has been terrible. If you're able to go with another company for your medical supplies, I'd definitely recommend you do that and save yourself the headache.
