Hands down the best HVAC service company around. Downey came out the same day we called for service and was able to get us up and running in no time. Dave was our service representative and was very thorough and efficient. I appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell me a new until or to get me to purchase a service plan. Downey replaced my water heater along with a variety of other plumbing repairs. Matt was great when he came out to do the estimate. Jon and Evan did the actual repairs. Both were very professional and did a great job on the installation and repairs. I would recommend Downey if you have any plumbing issues.
