My furnace went out yesterday and first thing this morning my repair man came.He fixed the problem in a very reasonable time.I would recommend that your repair men be supplied with rough pricing on repairs so that the customer has a better idea of what they can spend/afford.

My mother is a member of Tin Man heating and cooling yearly program where they come twice a year to service her furnace/AC and change the air filter along with the humidity pad . Their workers are very friendly and polite. He wore shoe covers over his shoes when in my mother’s home and he was a very nice gentleman. Count on Tin Man when the weather is freezing and your heating is out to lunch!My email asking for service was promptly responded to and a Service Tech arrived within an hour. Zach was courteous and professional and addressed the issue and provided the best options for repair.I have been a TinMan client for over 25 years and they have always been amazing. The Water Furnace I have has been efficient and economical and has been reliable.Trust in TinMan!
