Jordan is a great guy and I can always count on him to get things done on our property. He knew corporate would be showing up this week and showed up earlier than expected to get mulching done even during the rain. He is one of the few owners I know that will get out there and do the work himself and make sure you are taken care of. We are not regular customers. We usually try to do our own yard work but sometimes it gets away from us and we need help. Every time I call them, they are prompt and I never have a problem getting a hold of them. Even though I'm not one of their regular customers and I'm not a big money maker for them, they treat me like a valued customer. My lawn always looks great when they mow and they always provide excellent customer service. A refreshing change from many other customer service experience in todays day.
