I've been coming here for just over 6 months and highly recommend this yoga studio. The teachers all bring their own unique personalities and styles while ensuring a safe and approachable practice with so many modifications if you're new or injured. I started taking classes here about a year ago, as a total newbie to yoga. I have taken a variety of classes and all the instructors have been amazing! When I had specific questions on form or safety ( I have some bone health issues), time was taken to go over form and modifications I could use to ensure safety. In fact, Cathy B. even ended up doing two workshops on Yoga for Better Bones that were well attended. How about that for really listening to your students?! I always leave my yoga session feeling both relaxed and energized. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful studio with caring and skilled instructors here in BG.
