I had a great experience transitioning from my old dentist to AKA. Teri and Mike were both so tenacious in helping me obtain the documents and x-rays from my previous dentist and I felt very cared for as a new patient. They also very clearly explained insurance coverage and were quick to provide quotes before any appointment had taken place. I knew exactly what I was paying beforehand! Taylor and Alexis were wonderful during my new patient appointment and explained everything clearly. I was very impressed by their booking process. Dr. Klassen and her staff always go above and beyond to make me comfortable and cared for during my visits. After an oral surgery went south, Dr. Klassen took charge and coordinated with all my other health care providers to come up with a solution. It’s rare in my experience to find a doctor who will work that hard to ensure their patients are well cared for. Thank you Dr. Klassen and your wonderful staff!
