I called Finishing Touches this last Saturday after trying one other local place. I was hoping to get 13 red balloons delivered to my nephew on his birthday the next day. Knowing it is a small town, and I saw their hours, I didn't have much hope. However, they know my nephew and his family and she was more than happy to not only do the delivery, but also do it on his birthday, when they were closed. I was so happy and grateful that she was willing to do that!
