All three of us ended up getting our flight cancelled and had to trek 2hrs to LA to catch our new flights to get home. But that isn’t the reason I am posting here, it’s because of what they did.
Chris and Craig never knew me and could have left Santa Barbara the moment they had their tickets and I was still in line, without one thought expended.
