I joined nutrimost weight loss last August. I have struggled with being over weight for years. I have several health problems such as high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, high cholesterol,joint pain, and high sugar. When i started program i weighed 196 lbs. i wore a size 18 or 2x .The doctor was going to start me on insulin and thats when i said no way. Amazing diet, amazing staff, amazing experience. Being a cancer survivor I am to keep the weight off or it can put me back in cancer. Can not say enough for this experience. I would recommend this to anyone.
