Had a Dr. appointment in Warren IN with a Dr that hasn’t been in this office since April you people sent me a reminder to see this Dr. Meridian Health is a joke nobody in any of your offices have a clue of what’s going on . My Dr even said she doesn’t like working for Meridian Health.

I will say that their counselors are skilled, knowledgeable and very helpful. Sadly, that is where the proficiency of this place ends, and the absolute lack of experience, ethical behavior, and empathy begin. There is not enough space here for me to discuss the incidents of negligence and medical malpractice that I have witnessed (and yes I have proof or I would not be mentioning it here.) I have stayed bc of a wonderful counselor and bc it has been such a long road, I am uneasy about the change after 10 years.
Here is a tip, Meridian: maybe get a little bit more thorough vetting process for hiring your physicians and Nurse Practitioners and basically every employee... read full review

the counselors are amazing. as for office...their level of caring is not there. my son needed his meds refilled and it was refused based on office policy. that has caused him serious issues. that has caused a ER visit, health issues and loss of school. it is dangerous for him to skip meds. I respect office rules buy, show some care and use common sense in knowing at times you have to help the person over the rules. as I said the counselors are amazing. level of understanding a person's risks off meds needs changed big time.
