Extremely disappointed. I’m honestly not even sure I want to go back and use my remaining Groupon units.
I had my appointment at the end of February or beginning of March for very deep 11 lines and moderately deep forehead lines. My injector was Chelsea. To make a long story short, I had to return three separate times for touch-ups, and my 11 lines still look almost completely untouched.
At one of the follow-up appointments, another staff member explained that because so little product was originally placed in my 11s, they were limited in how much additional product they could add during touch-ups. She said this much more professionally, but the takeaway was essentially that I was under-treated from the beginning and should have received significantly more units based on the depth of my lines.
So after multiple visits, my main concern was never actually corrected. I eventually stopped calling because it felt pointless if they weren’t able to add enough product to make a noticeable difference.
I’ve had treatments done elsewhere before and have never had to return more than once for a touch-up. Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating experience, especially considering the amount of money spent.

I've been getting botox here for about 4 years now. The nurses there know what they're doing because my botox always lasts. I've gotten 2 of my friends to come here and they love it. They both say the same thing that it lasts and the prices are great. I did my research on botox before I came here, this is the best place to go. Everyone here is super kind.
