Having recently moved to the area - and not having any one to give references - I needed an honest and thorough mechanic. Before moving, I had a great honest, mechanic and wasn't too hopeful I would get so lucky. Don's was close by(win) and the ratings/reviews seem to be good. I'm 2 months in and 2 visits later, and I can confirm they deserve the ratings you see here. They are honest - the price is reasonable and no pressure. They are thorough: they did a full dx on my vehicle and found issues I didn't know existed on the vehicle (1 issue in particular was a noise I hadn't really narrowed down and come to find out, it was front end bearings... read full review
This place is amazing! They quoted $4,500 for a repair. When I picked it up they only charged me $400 because they realized it was a sensor issue. They were honest and that is hard to find.
As an added bonus they actually gave me a ride to work.
They now have a customer for life!!!
The service I received at Dons was top tier!! From the customer service to the performance of the work. They were quick, respectful and efficient. The price was reasonable and they were able to help with a discount due to It being close to Christmas and having an unexpected repair fee. Very understanding. Casey was professional and had great customer service. My experience here was amazing.
