Ive dealt with Shoups since **** and have always had the best service from them. They return calls immediately and will try to work you into their schedule on the same day if possible. Many times they try to save you money if the problem is fairly simple, like lighting your pilot light, they can guide you on the phone. Theyre a good team and I wont call anyone else.
They put my furnace and AC in last November (2022) & they did a WONDERFUL JOB!!Michael was back today for some shower issues I had with my Moen mixer that I tried to fix myself with aftermarket junk.. well it dripped, I only had all hot water and I called Shoup’s to the rescue!Michael came, fixed the shower within minutes and checked out a leak I had on my toilet tank, he fixed that in no time too!So appreciative of their GREAT SERVICE !! I wouldn’t call ANYONE ELSE!! Friendly and fast and they do GREAT WORK!! Thanks Dean and Michael !
