I called him upon a reference from a trusted friend who had recently done business with him, when our air conditioner recently stopped cooling after we had already been overcharged for Freon from another service a few weeks before. He took the call around 5pm on a weeknight and, to my surprise…and relief, he said he would head to our house in Wilmington right after he ate some dinner and got his things together. Showed up when he said he would, quickly figured out the issue with my system and gave me a very reasonable price to fix it. Went above and beyond to find the part needed after his original supplier ordered the wrong part. Got me back up and running quickly. Very professional, would 100% recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Just had Bill come out and get my AC running after an extremely hot summer (and getting the runaround from some other companies). Came out same day, got it sorted out, and the house feels wonderful. Bill was an amazing guy to chat with while he was getting everything in order, good spirit, just an overall perfect experience. We'll be calling ya'll next time our unit needs some looking after for sure!
