Our air went out. And of course it was right in the middle of summer, hot, my wife was sweating, my kids were slothful, our dog couldn’t find a place to stay cool and it reminded me of the 80’s when we only had fans. We called Impact Heating and Cooling. The owner, BJ Phelps came over quick, fast and in a hurry. He gave us a quote, which was very reasonable, and asked us if we could wait a couple days for the air conditioner to come in. We have heard very good things about the service from Impact Heating and Cooling, so we were confident that we were going to use this company to install our unit. Boy are we glad we did! He did a wonderful job installing our new air conditioner. Very professional, speedy and knowledgeable.
