These guys are awesome! I called and the owner answered and let me tell him what was going on with my furnace. He didn’t have the ability to get to me that day but he took the time to walk me through the repair over the phone (it was a simple blown fuse) and he didn’t ask for anything in return. They will have my business for life.
Saturday night before MLK Day temp expected to be single degrees. I had no heat I called Arrowhead Heating and Collinv LLC. Within 1.5 weeks had a very nice young man arrive and diagnosed the problem . He was very informative, friendly and very helpful . He replaced my thermostat and checked our system. I can’t think them enough for the fast response friendly service and to bring me heat . I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.
Tom and his crew are the best. the quote was very fair. The work was done in a timely fashion. The clean up was great. Very respectful of the property. I work night shift and they did their best to keep the noise down so I could get some sleep. Very much appreciated. I love my new central air. I highly recommend Arrowhead
