Does NOT RECOMMEND!! NOT SURE how that happened.. My father bought a new furnace 4 years ago at the most. It quit working this year on the coldest day. He called Arrowhead heating out of Blanchester. They came out to work on it and had it working but it quit a couple days later. They had to come back a few days later because it stopped working. The man got it to come back on but the he wasn't sure why or what was wrong with it. My dad called another company who came out to see what the issue was. The man looked at it and refused to touch it because he didn't want to be responsible. He said it looked like a train wreck.. cut wires and all. The furnace was under warranty but after all the labor and everything to put it in he may as well buy another unit. My dad works so hard and this is very unfair. When you make a mistake you own up to it. That is life. That is what a good person does. The company Arrowhead heating out if Blanchester will not answer his phone calls. We have to take this to court but I am trying to save anyone else from having this done to them. To have someone come out and look at your furnace is expensive enough and not everyone can afford it. Thank God my dad has the money or he would be in a mess and he would be very cold in the next few weeks. Please go with someone who has good referrals and not someone who would do this to another person. My dad is not on social media but I am and when you mess with my family I will speak up. Prayers that this man does the correct thing and does not make my dad pay for a new furnace. Which is a little over $3000. A person who conducts business like this does not need to own a business. Good word of mouth travels fast but bad word of mouth travels even faster. You should try to make things right if you make a mistake not avoid the person. Your customer. Thanks for reading. Arrowhead installed 2 new units in our home a few years ago. The installers were efficient, very courteous and did an excellent job. We had an issue over this past weekend with one of the units, I called and Tom came out the next day. He fixed the capacitor, warrantied the part and was very friendly! We have always had a good experience with Arrowhead!
