Excellent friendly and professional staff. Very kind and understanding of the pain I was in. Thoroughly explained everything to me. Appreciated that I could get immediate help. Highly recommend to those in that area.

Update four years later -- This is the best dentist's office I've ever been to. Dr. Rassi is incredibly kind and gentle. She takes time to explain everything she's going to do and helps educate you along the way. When I was having discomfort during a crown placement, she immediately stopped to tend to what I needed and applied extra interventions to make sure I was comfortable. Every staff member greets you by name and is genuinely glad to see you -- huge shout-out to Erin, the best hygienist ever! :)**By far the most thorough, friendly staff I've ever experienced! Would highly recommend.**

Havens Family Dental was amazing. Had my first appointment, and all of the staff that I interacted with were lovely and genuine. Carter and Liz took good care of me and were awesome and informative from start to finish. Great sense of hospitality and reassurance. They made sure to explain things clearly and thoroughly while checking in often to make sure I didn’t have any pain or discomfort. Looking for forward to future appointments.
