Had a reservation for 4 and when we went in they took 3 of us and then kept passing over me. They finally took my gel off and then left me there. 3 technicians said someone would come back but no one did. Horrible experience. Ended up just walking out!!! Worst customer service!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. First I tried to book an appointment here and was told they do not accept appointments. So I came in with my business partners for a mani and pedi. We were told they could only do one at a time (only 2 technicians doing pedis and one was already busy). The gentleman seemed annoyed from the start. He started to trim my nails (never asked how short) and kept knicking me. I told him it hurt and that he didn't need to do it. I was cute sev

This review is for one stylist in particular, not the whole Salon Lofts. (I posted the same one on Google.) . . . I have...HAD very long thick natural hair. It gets too much for me to handle and I need to look professional at work.
